1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of NightCore Development's website and services. By purchasing or using our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products & Licenses

Upon successful payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased product(s) on your FiveM server(s). Each purchase grants usage on a single server unless otherwise stated.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are generally not provided once the product has been delivered (downloaded). However, we may offer refunds on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase if the product is defective and cannot be resolved through our support team.

4. Prohibited Uses

• Redistributing, reselling, or sharing our products with third parties
• Using our products for any illegal purpose
• Removing or modifying copyright notices from our products
• Sharing license keys with others

5. Support

Support is provided through our Discord server and ticket system. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.

6. Limitation of Liability

NightCore Development shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
